Who We Are
AHEZ was founded by health professionals drawing from years of experience in Zambia’s civil society health sector. Having witnessed persistent gaps in service access, health literacy, and life-saving technology adoption, they registered AHEZ in 2025. The organization operates on one fundamental principle: a person's income and geographic location in Zambia should never determine their survival from a treatable illness.

Our Impact
By the end of 2026, AHEZ is working toward over 500,000 people reached with direct medical services, 2,500 community health workers trained and equipped, 50 rural health facilities supported with digital tools, and 250,000 malaria, HIV, and TB screenings conducted across our seven priority provinces.
